The product produced by unique way while souring at temperature of 20 - 43 °C. The prepared milk mixture is then poured into individual pots, where the product is souring, maturing, and cooling. As a result, a thick and juicy bunch is formed with a smooth glossy surface. This method allows saving all benefits of milk, while the taste of the products is rich, as if they were made in a clay pot in a village oven. All products are gentle, fragrant, juicy, and useful.
