Molver cheese

"Molver" cheese is an analog of the famous English Stilton cheese with blue mold. This cheese has a spicy pepper taste, with no bitter aftertaste.
"Molver" is made from natural cow's milk with special cheese mold Penicillium roqueforti, which is used to prepare such famous cheeses as "Roquefort" and "Gorgonzola".
